I was a two-time finalist for the 2021 National Arts and Entertainment Journalism Awards and recently was published in HuffPost: My Octopus Teacher Was Mesmerizing but There’s 1 Thing that Deeply Troubled Me.’ My other COVID project was to join TikTok—find me @LisaNiver—and my YouTube channel is now over 1.5 million views (youtube.com/WeSaidGoTravel).
