Requiem of Hope (Japan)

How the Photo was Taken

This is my second submission. I took this photo with a Sony a6000 mirrorless camera and a standard zoom lens (16-70mm). It was a hand-held shot without any filters or non-natural light sources. Unfortunately, it isn’t a RAW file, it’s just a JPG edited in Lightroom to enhance the scene.

Photo Location

This photo was taken at Kyoto, Japan. More specifically, at Gion district. I believe the neighborhood is called Nineizaka. It's a pity I don't know the exact name of the pagoda, even though it's a very famous one but sometimes it's hard to get all the names, specially if you don't speak the local language. It's my upmost recommendation that you walk through the whole district, it's just lovely. By the way, the photo was taken at dusk.
