How the Photo was Taken

I used a Sony Alpha 6000 for this photo. I edited the photo in Lightroom but only very slightly. The original looks the same, only a tiny bit less exposed. I used auto adjustment to lighten.

Photo Location

This photo was taken in the famous Deadvlei, Namibia around 1 pm. I set up my camera on the ground about 30 feet away from the famous dead tree and used an auto timer. No one else was around to help me take the photos, so I was running back and forth on my own a few times until I got the perfect shot!
