I used a Nikon d3400 with a 50-300mm VR lens and edited the photo in Lightroom using some simple slider options such as saturation, vibrance, shadows, etc.
I think this is one of the more unique photos in my collection. the capture of the kookaburra eating his prey certainly adds a level of interest in my opinion.

I'm 17 and just started taking pictures, I've quickly developed a passion for photography and am eager to learn lots more. For the most part, i'm using this competition to see where i stand and where to improve.
