Drifting through an Autumn afternoon in USA

How the Photo was Taken

Taken with the Nikon Cool Pics, set on Vivid when I took the photo. No editing post shot.

Photo Location

We had headed up to Wisconsin in search of cheese makers, hoping to see cheese wing made. Yes, cheese is a family obsession, lol. Driving around on country roads, we ended up coming across one beautiful scene after the next. I couldn’t stop snapping shots. This particular one is a favorite from that day. My better half stopped the car on the roadside so I could get out and get the perfect shot. For me, when I look at this I feel wrapped up in the coziness of autumn. I can almost smell warm apple pie coming out of the oven, taste caramel apples and a pot of the ubiquitous fall chili on the stove, simmering away to perfection. The colors are warm and comfy. The setting is idyllic.
