How the Photo was Taken

I took this photo on the 28th of February here in Brussels. I was in the area of Sablon.
I used my 6D Canon with a lens of 24-105mm with an aperture of 11 f and exposure time 1/100.
For its editing I used the Camera Raw and I only increased the contrast, it has no other editing.
