How the Photo was Taken

I used Nikon D7000 with Tokina 12-24mm lens to capture this. I enhanced the sharpness, exposure and contrast a bit using ViewNX.

Photo Location

This is a photo of a young man and his sister who have just finished playing and taking a shower at the falls. Asik-asik Falls in Alamada, North Cotabato, Philippines is by far the most beautiful waterfalls I've been to. It is about 140 meters wide and about 60 meters high. What makes this wonder of nature unique is the fact that there is no river falling down from the top. The waters shoot from the lush vegetation that covers the side of the cliff. Being there is like being in a paradise. People living in the area go to the waterfalls to fetch water for drinking and other needs. The clean water can be attributed to the thick forest surrounding the waterfalls.
