What’s the best thing about Park City, Utah? It might be the fresh powder at Park City Ski Resort which now has the extra addition of nearby Canyons, making it the largest ski resort in the USA. It’s always a unique experience skiing at Park City, with everything from snowstorms to bright blue skies on the horizon.
You don’t even have to hop off the mountain to get a quality bite to eat! Park City’s new Miner’s Camp offers up delicious artisan pizza, hand-made burgers and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Count on Miner’s Camp to create a variety of comfort food dishes like lamb stew as part of their daily specials; perfect for warming you up head to toe. If you’re thinking something leaner, the made-to-order salad bar might be just the thing! After an impressive ride on the new Quicksilver gondola connecting Park City and Canyons, you can find Miner’s Camp at the bottom of Silverload chair next to the entrance to the gondola.
For your bread and butter (literally) head over to Royal Street Cafe in Deer Valley. Cut your thirst with one of the cafe’s craft brews and enjoy in-house made bread and butter melting in your mouth. They have everything from light starters (think fresh anchovy caesar salad), to hearty Deer Valley turkey chilli. Save room for dessert as they’re all exceptional!
It just wouldn’t be a great ski trip without a visit to High West Distillery with the Roaming Gnome! Pretzels and beer cheese are awaiting you at the cozy locale, ready to be washed down with a flight of High West whiskey! Meals flavored by the distillery’s own creations are hard to pass up (think Onion & Bourbon soup!).
Whatever you’re looking for, whether it’s fresh powder or a fresh meal; Park City, Utah has it!
