PADI (Professional Association of Dive Instructors) certifies one million new divers a year. PADI and Project AWARE teach divers and their families about the issues for our oceans. The Beaches Resorts professional PADI instructors are truly caring and incredible. Your entire family can get certified together, take a refresher or a specialty class. Once you are certified, diving is included at Beaches and Sandals Resorts.The PADI Junior Open Water Diver course is similar to the adult certification program but with smaller teacher-to-student ratios and shallower depth limits. To enroll, kids must be age 10-15 years old and able to swim. PADI Junior Open Water Divers automatically become Open Water Divers at the age of 15.
