big trip closer in map 2012 to 2013Thank you to everyone who has followed our journey in Asia during this last year! We are really enjoying our trip!

From our latest newsletter:

On June 27, we went to Nathon to extend our visas so we have another 30 days in Thailand for a total of three months. So if you are wondering where in the world are Lisa and George? We are in Koh Samui, Thailand.

Our friend, Arn, took us sailing last week. We had a really enjoyable day on the water and his daughter, Angie was a great co-captain and attempted to catch us a fish for our dinner. More about great family activities in Samui in my latest SlideShare: Koh Samui, Thailand: the Perfect Vacation for Families.

Our Summer 2013 Independence Travel Writing Contest is nearly over! We have had a tremendous response from all around the world. Thank you to all who have participated or shared about it! We are especially grateful to our two wonderful judges, Richard Bangs and Amy Friedman.

We’d loved to connect with you! We are on FacebookGoogle+LinkedInPinterestSlideShare,Twitter, and  YouTube.
